Are third-party costs included?

No. Transport, medical, dining, government fees, tickets, postal fees, or provider charges are paid separately by the user.

What is StepOz Points?

Why we built StepOz

When my parents said "let's just go back home", I built StepOz.

I'm an only child, working in Australia. I brought my parents here because I wanted them close.

But when they arrived, Australia wasn't a reunion for them — it was a strange world. No English, afraid to go to the supermarket, afraid to take the bus, afraid to go to the hospital.
